Richard J. Levy

A renowned and award winning Architectural Photographer, Richard J. Levy, AIA, APA, is also an in-demand and highly respected professional Architect. He began studying Art Photography under prominent Landscape and Architectural Photographers Bernard Freemesser, Morley Baer, and Julius Shulman. During that time he obtained his Bachelor of Architecture, to become a specialist in Corporate Fine Art, Historical, and Commercial Architectural Photography.

Artist Statement

As an Architect and as an Artist, I am drawn to subjects first as a form, and then its composition. Whether it is peeling paint, a structure in process of being restored to its previous use, or a glass tower that speaks to today's built environment, I see structural and design elements in all.
